New And Sexy Realtor’s First Successful Client

Well… As you can probably tell by now, I’ll be sharing a story of a new and sexy realtor’s first successful client and just how things got hot, quick. It all began when I was 18 and was suggested by my older sister to get my real estate license. Being that I had nothing better to do aside from a 9-5, I did it. As you can imagine, so many people will say you will have close to zero work the first year. And how it’s all about building clientele. That’s exactly what I kept in mind once my first very highly successful client came to me with the most detailed request I’ve ever gotten.

It Was Only A Matter Of Time Before A New And Sexy Realtor Snags A Successful Client

During my initial meeting with Patrick, he was assisted by his wife Alice. Alice was a heavy-set, well dressed however baggy 42 year old woman. Now here I am, 18 with a tight pencil skirt length dress and 6-inch black patent pumps, and C cups poking out my barely buttoned blouse standing as a new and sexy realtor next to her first successful client. Patrick had this way of conducting himself that was so mature and sexy. I continued thinking “Am I imagining Patrick eye-ing me?” No way was this happily married businessman looking at little ol me. I showed the couple a few properties before departing. We made plans to meet again the following week. You can see why I was pleasantly surprised when I got a call from Patrick stating he wanted to meet to put in an offer together. Yay!

It was so important for me to not screw this up. A new and sexy realtor’s first successful client was my new every day. Patrick could bring me referrals and really change the game. I was so eager to please Patrick. He sent me the address to a very expensive restaurant and off I went. We discussed the price and placed an offer. He was so excited he asked if we can pass by the property and take a quick peek. We went together and Patrick had held some great convo, but out of nowhere put his hand on my leg while he was driving. I froze and almost instantly he moved it and said “Oops, I’m so used to Alice being there.” He even said how soft my skin was. That makes total sense, and even if it didn’t I was busy on cloud 9 thinking of the huge check I’m so close to getting. We arrived and entered his soon-to-be new home. I was taken aback by this 2.1 million dollar house.

New And Sexy Realtor’s First Successful Client Has Other Plans

Patrick had this light and kind tone all night when he out of nowhere changed.  “Cheyenne, have a seat here.” I was intrigued to what he was going to say. “Listen, I think we can both agree I’d have a great time fucking you and to be honest, you need this more than me.” Huh? How? Where did this come from, what do I do? “So if you can agree to be my little on-call slut during this deal and let me have all access, I think we can have many more ventures.” Hands are tied. If I please Patrick, this can be everything. Little did I know, Patrick loves saying how I feel so much better than his wife. Well actually… he just said it last weekend when we had a getaway…
