Everyone loves a good love story. The beginning, a time full of romance and seduction, is the groundwork for any great narrative. How did we meet? What were the first impressions? A pretty woman, a man known to be a hopeless romantic, and a little potion are really all it takes. After countless dates ending in disappointment, I took matters into my own hands. Our first time meeting. Yikes, right? Not quite. I typically would never say yes to a date so close to the holiday. He sat down beside me and we began the introductions. Before we knew it the bar was doing last call, and the clock would soon strike midnight. February 13th would be a thing of the past and our new adoration for each other was well on its way.
The Ubers were called for our separate residences, but he would never make it home. Well, he would, just not the one he was used to.
