Everyone loves a good love story. The beginning, a time full of romance and seduction, is the groundwork for any great narrative. How did we meet? What were the first impressions? Who pursued who, or was it both parties? How would these efforts mingle to create a bond to last a lifetime? Well, it’s more simple than you would think. A pretty woman, a man known to be a hopeless romantic, and a little potion are really all it takes. After countless dates ending in disappointment, I took matters into my own hands. Coming from a long line of Giantesses, it was finally time to use my powers to my advantage, and my handy little recipe book of course. Now to begin the epic saga that is My Shrunken Valentine.
Our first time meeting. Yikes, right? Not quite. I typically would never say yes to a date so close to the holiday. There is usually a sad hand job expected, not that I would ever do so on a first date. However, Jim was different. I could see it in his eyes. They were longing for something great, with only a glimmer of hope left in them. He walked into the bar and we locked eyes, little did he know he would soon be My Shrunken Valentine, my little guy, my tiny love that would last forever. He sat down beside me and we began the introductions. Before we knew it the bar was doing last call, and the clock would soon strike midnight. February 13th would be a thing of the past and our new adoration for each other was well on its way.
The Ubers were called for our separate residences, but he would never make it home. Well, he would, just not the one he was used to. I gave him a kiss “goodbye” with my special laced lipstick, and down he went, almost falling into a tiny nook of the sidewalk. I popped him in my purse and off we went, to our lovely, little, love shack. The first few hours were tricky. He was scared of what could happen. After all, with arms the size of ant antennas, he was a bit vulnerable, to say the least. But, he calmed down once we had “the talk” and remembered that his life wasn’t going anywhere before he met me. Plus! I showed him his new abode! His little lair, with a shrunken shower, cutey commode, a darling dresser, and his teeny tunnel, straight to our bed!
But, not for My Shrunken Valentine. For him, they were just dainty digs. I couldn’t let him lay around all day while I worked on the phone, so I had to make some minuscule adjustments so he would be entertained. Regular video games were a little cumbersome for his diminished digits, but I found my old Tamagotchi in the closet, which would have to do! Who is to say a mini man and a behemoth babe couldn’t make it work? Not this Giantess Queen! Now, one year later, I can proudly say that he’s My Tiny Husband. But hey, that’s a little story for another day. Until next time…
