A one-night stand made for an unforgettable night of passion. Usually, when thinking of a one-time hook-up, it involves two random strangers. However, my recent encounter was with someone I’ve known for years. For the longest time, he was “the one that got away,” and I’d thought of him often. In fact, I’d had many dirty dreams featuring him over the years. To say he occupied my mind over the years is an understatement. So, much to my delight, when we both found ourselves in our hometown over the holidays, the sparks flew.

Actually, a little backstory is needed to fully appreciate the need I’ve carried for this man. Now, we’ve all had crushes throughout our lives. Usually, little short-lived flares of fancy that occupy our minds for a bit. Often, they are fleeting. That is not the case with our leading man in this story. Truly, I’d desired him from the first moment I saw him. The way his lips looked, his incredible blue eyes, his strong hands, his fit body – practically everything about him hit buttons I didn’t even know I had. Of course, he also had sex appeal, charm, wit, and a personality that drew everyone in. This one-night stand was many years in the making. I will never forget it.

An Unexpected Opportunity For A One-Night Stand

Surely, back in the day, most of my girlfriends knew of the unrelenting desire I had for this man. Honestly, I didn’t think he knew despite all of my flirting and making myself available. Of course, leading up to this, I’d gone shopping, found a perfect little red dress, sexy new heels, and luxurious stockings. My friend and I went for fresh manicures.
