It is officially spring! The socks are sliding off and the pedicures are booming. Ladies are ready to let their toes glitter, as open-toed shoes hit the sun-soaked pavement! The flowers are blooming, and so are your boners! To accompany these gorgeous open-toed creations, are dresses, low-cut blouses, and skirts. A light trenchcoat is all that is needed, soon enough!
