I just had a call with Avalon. I complained to her about not having a review process for the calls. She then patiently directed me through the website and told me where and how to find the review area.

She had no particular experience with my request however, was honest with me and offered to make up a story. Her silky smooth voice had me hanging on her every word, and her infectious laughter was heart warming!
