I have made several calls to Aileen. I got hooked up with her by a friend who tried to get me to call Taylor. She wasn’t working, but Aileen was answering her phone. From the first call, we did, she was great. She didn’t make me feel like just a customer she made me feel like she really cared and enjoyed her job.
