It’s that time of year again. For me, it’s that time but in a new city. Chicago. A city packed with festivals every weekend, music that doesn’t stop, and 2 bars for every person populating the place. Everyone is outside, thrilled to not be shoveling snow while wearing layer upon layer of boring old clothing. Winter was new for me since I’m from Miami Beach, but no summer in FLA has been nearly as thrilling as the one that has just begun here. The temperature is perfect, the people are looking hot, and I’ve already found myself a little something to keep me entertained all season long. My sexy summer fling is what I found.

Intelligence is a turn-on.

People here are as smart as they are fit and it’s such a relief. I know I know, Miami people are hot, but that’s about all they have to offer (generally.) Men in Chicago are often successful and it isn’t necessarily from scamming or selling blow (Ahem….Miami.)  OK, I’ll move on to the good stuff, like when I met my sexy summer fling. It was at a house music club, up north a bit. The air was warm and not too dewy. I was ready to go dance with my best friend in our sweet, barely covered for hot weather outfits. First, we went in, got a drink at the bar, and let the music take control. Soon, working up a sweat, the fog cleared on the dance floor just as the tequila started to kick in. And there he was, tall, dark, and fucking hot.

My friends back home are all snuggled up with their husbands asking me when will I settle down? The answer is not now, not while this gorgeous man is approaching me and I’m feeling so alive.  “Adam.” He said with a big grin, pumping his hands while doing some footwork. “Avalon,” I said to him as we began a fun little foreplay dance-off. We danced all night and then hit the streets where the breeze cooled us off and gave us our pick when it came to street doorways to make out in. “Not just yet…” I said, grabbing his hand while walking to a hole-in-the-wall dive with live music blaring. We grabbed a beer and kissed a little more as we watched each other in stillness for the first time.

We came in, put on some music, and decided a nice hot shower was in order. Laughing and undressing each other slowly, we kissed each other’s salty skin from a long night we would never forget. We jumped in and watched the water pour off each other’s faces, always uncovering a lip-biting smile that only new sexual interest can earn.  After getting nice and clean we dried off and walked to my bedroom. My little cozy bed awaited us to decide where the early hours of the morning would take us…
